The Spanish Association of Endocrinology and Nutrition held its 63rd annual congress this October 26 to 29. The Spanish association SEEN (Sociedad Española de Endocrinología y Nutricíon) presented an excellent agenda, including the latest endocrine developments and presentations from leading experts in Spain and Europe. “After a three-year Covid hiatus, we were delighted to be back in Spain participating, said JD Faccinetti, PWN co-founder and chairman. It is a perfect opportunity to revitalize our Spanish edition. Unfortunately, the pandemic greatly affected our ability to develop original content in Spanish, but we are committed to continuing to publish”, he added.
Pituitary World News en Español launched in 2019, shortly before the COVID pandemic took effect. We look forward to teaming up with an outstanding group of endocrinologists, healthcare professionals, and patient groups throughout the Spanish-speaking world to bring you exciting news and the latest developments.
Here are a few examples of what’s coming: highlights from Dr. Elena Valassi’s work on Cushing’s and acromegaly updating her research on muscles and acromegaly previously covered on PWN.
