Pituitary MRI educational series: craniopharyngioma

Another video in our exclusive educational series looking at pituitary MRI’s, this one describes a craniopharyngioma with hypopituitarism and diabetes insipidus. A craniopharyngioma is a benign tumor that occurs near the brain’s pituitary gland, which, as we know, secretes hormones that control many body functions. Typically a  craniopharyngioma grows slowly and affects the function of the pituitary gland and other nearby structures in the brain.
